testing a yummy lens

I'm currently testing out Canon's 70-200 IS USM 2.8 telephoto lens and all I can say is yummy!!! Here are a couple of photos I took yesterday over at my sister in laws house..she has the prettiest flowers and the sweetest puppy dog whose name is Raven! here they are..

3 years old

Before I head out to have some fun this weekend at the Jammin Country Music Fest in Walker, Minnesota, I thought I'd share some recent photos from a session I had with Mr. C. Mr. C is now 3 years old.. and is fullllllll of energy. He definitely kept me on my toes, but it was way worth it.. he has the cutest smile ever! You gotta love those cowboy boots... kind of makes me wish I had a pair.

6 month old

Mr. E stopped by recently for his 6 month old portraits... now really, could this little guy get any cuter. He was soo much fun and all smiles for his pictures... His mother and I thought we would have some fun and dress him up in daddy's kiss and smooches tie (at least that it what I'm calling it)..

Future Hockey Player

Introducing Mr. C. I'm thinking we have a future hockey player on our hands here. Mr. C came to the studio recently and had his 1 year old portraits done. Isn't he a cutie!! It looks like he has some hockey maneuvers down... too bad we didn't have a puc..... but then again, maybe a puc would've been a bad idea!

Graduation Announcements

Holy moly I'm a bad blogger.. Lately it's been a little busy here at the studio, between designing announcements for the Senior Graduating Class of 2009, photo sessions and building the new studio..I haven't had time to post anything new.

I wanted to say how much fun I had photographing the Seniors this past year and I'm wayyyy looking forwarding to meeting the next class of 2010. I would like to wish the graduating class of 2009 many best wishes for a successful future.

I'm sharing a few graduation open house announcements which I had so much fun designing.

1 Month Old

This little cutie stopped by the studio for her one month old portraits. She did such a great job, but got a little tuckered out by the end.

Class 2009

I had a late comer for the Graduating Class of 2009 from WHA this past week and thought I would share some of the photos that were captured. She was just a sweetheart and extremely photogenic I might add.
