Halloween Portraits | Walker Minnesota

I came up with this idea last year to let anyone bring their little ghosts and goblins to Studio 64 for Halloween and in addition to trick or treating, they can also take a moment to get their photo taken to show off their awesome halloween customes! Family Portraits \ Walker Minnesota

I had the wonderful priveledge and opportunity to photograph a ton of AWESOME families this summer that vacationed in Walker Minnesota and Hackensack Minnesota. Most of the families come here from all over the country to stay on our wonderful and beautiful lakes and resorts. This post is just the beginning of many more posts that I'll be sharing in the next couple of months. I have many more portraits to share of the families that I captured that love vacationing in the Northern Minnesota Lakes Region. The resorts in these photos include Anderson's Horseshoe Bay on Leech Lake, Broadwater Lodge Resort on Woman Lake and Adventure North Resort, Leech Lake.

Can you believe Halloween is right around the corner!!! Do you have your kids costumes picked out yet? Last year I thought how CUTE it would be to just have an open house and invite parents and children in to my studio and photograph them in their SCARY costumes. Walker Minnesota Senior Portraits

well now.. who is a BAD blogger.. pick me! I seriously have been so swamped this summer that I can barely get my head above water, let alone take like 5 minutes to do a blog post.. oopsie..... I do have to admit I post wayyy more often on Facebook, so if you are not on there, you are missing out on some seriously current stuff... anywho.. so I'll now TRY to get my act together now that the crazy summer is behind me. (See link above) This is Chelsea, a volleyball player for her high school and an absolute SWEETHEART to work with! I can't say enough great things about Chelsea, so I'll just say that I really consider myself very lucky to have met her and her AWESOME parents and was soo fortunate to be chosen as her senior portrait photographer. here are just a few of her portraits to enjoy.

Senior Portraits | Northern Minnesota

It's Senior Portrait Time at Studio 64 Photography. Not only is the hot summer in full swing, but so is Senior Portrait time. I love this time of year and what better way to top off my love of summer, is my love for Senior Portraits. Here are just a few of the lovely ladies that I've had the priveledge to work with so far this summer.
This is Ellen. She was a complete Riot. We got some of the most unique shots that truly describe her personality.


This is Kailey. She was an absolute sweetheart to work with.





This is Kristi, she was a total sweetheart with the most calming personality. I would give anything to have her long beautiful hair!


The is Chelsea. She is a gem.. and was an absolute pleasure to work with.


As we were finishing Chelsea's portraits down by the Lake, it was pretty cloudy, so wasn't sure if we were going to get a good sunset.. thank goodness we stuck around.. isn't the sky amazing.. this shot is basically straight out of my camera. I did nothing to edit the colors.. beautiful huh? :)


This is Laura.. what a gorgeous young woman.. she was awesome to work with!!!


and last but not least, this is "Buddy". Buddy belongs to Laura, we tried a couple of other times to get Buddy to sit nice for a portrait, and finally when Laura went to change her outfit, we turned around and saw Buddy sitting on the dock in the perfect pose with the perfect doggy smile!

cute.. cute.. cute.... new fresh mohawks for the older 2 and a whole bunch of cuteness all around.  Can you say outnumbered, poor mama, but seriously these are some of the sweetest and cutest little boys in Northern Minnesota.    Thank goodness for summer, cuz we sure had fun with the outdoors portraits here at Studio 64's property.
